Describe a key piece of advice you received during your career, and how it impacted you.
My grandmother told me that it is okay to be afraid in life; the key is to be brave. In the face of changing economies, deal uncertainties, job stresses, property or tenant surprises, or other real estate problems that might bring up fear, I have worried less about how to stop feeling afraid - fear can be very healthy. It often just means you seriously care about the outcome. I try to focus on how to respond and to do so with courage and bravery.

I have personally made millions from my relationship with CREW. I have met investors and sourced investments. I have been given clients and referred clients to trustworthy resources. Tell us about an accomplishment you are proud of.
I am incredibly proud of co-founding Artemis Bow, investartemis.com, and its first real estate fund. Artemis Bow Investment Fund 1 is a car wash property fund, providing bonus depreciation and long term investment returns to its investors. We buy single-tenant, income-producing real estate nationally. Our mission is to help more women invest in CRE, and our first fund has over 50 women investors. Since 2023, we have opened up a new capital raise each fall. We are excited to announce another capital raise opening in September 2026.
