Mentoring Program
Our CREW network provides the connections, resources, and opportunities for women to become more successful in their commercial real estate careers, and gain access to business opportunities and career growth. Our dedicated professionals are committed to supporting the career advancement of all who choose this profession.
Mentorship is critical in helping women prepare for and attain upper-level career positions. According to CREW Network research, CRE women who were supported by a mentor increased their chances of securing a mid- or top-level management position by 56% vs. those without a mentor. In addition, CREW Network research conducted over the last decade indicates that women consider the lack of a mentor or sponsor as one of their top barriers to advancement in the industry.
2024 Mentoring Program
Mentors and Mentees will be paired based on mutual benefit.
As a Mentee participant, you will be matched up with a Mentor and have the opportunity to discuss your career goals and learn from their experiences. Mentors are senior executive women in Commercial Real Estate looking to inspire the next generation.
The application period opened November 30, 2023 and ends January 31, 2024. The program will run from February - November 2024. Mentors and Mentees will schedule meetings at times convenient to both parties. Initial program limited to 15 Mentor/Mentee pairs.
KEY DATES 2024
January 31: Application deadline
February 7: Mentor/mentee match ups will be distributed
Mid-February: In-Person Kickoff Event
March-October: Mentors/Mentees to meet a minimum of 4 times
November: In-Person Closing Celebration (date TBA)
