Member Spotlight: Aimi Bell
Fun Fact:
I’m naturally curious and love learning. Whether it’s exploring a new city, discovering a great restaurant, or diving into a topic that catches my interest, I’m always looking for opportunities to learn something new and connect with people along the way.
What are some of the tools in your skill-set which have been critical to you in your career?
Building genuine relationships has been the foundation of my career. I believe in listening first, staying curious, and following through on my commitments. Those habits have helped me earn trust with clients, colleagues, and industry partners. I also enjoy solving problems collaboratively and continuously learning, which has allowed me to grow from business development into client services leadership.
What are some of your tips/tricks for generating business?
Focus on relationships before opportunities. I approach networking with the goal of building genuine connections, understanding people’s challenges, and finding ways to add value. Consistency, authenticity, and staying connected over time have created far more opportunities than any sales pitch ever could.
How has CREWNY provided value to you?
CREWNY has introduced me to an incredible network of professionals across every corner of commercial real estate. As someone who genuinely enjoys connecting people and building relationships, serving on the Membership Experience & Engagement Committee has been especially rewarding. It's given me the opportunity to help create the same welcoming experience that drew me to CREWNY in the first place.
