Join CREW New York for an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour of SoMA at 25 Water Street, the largest office-to-residential conversion project in the country.
This exciting event will showcase the property's impressive transformation, beginning with a look at its state-of-the-art amenities—including pickleball and basketball courts, bowling alleys, golf simulators, and indoor pools. The tour continues with a visit to the leasing floor featuring staged residential units highlighting the building's sleek new design. We’ll conclude with a visit to one of the upper floors still under construction, offering a rare glimpse into the scale and complexity of this historic conversion.
We will be joined by the project designers, Nancy Ruddy, Founding Principal of Cetra Ruddy, and Ximena Rodriguez, Principal, Director of Interior Design at Cetra Ruddy, who will share their insights into the development of the design throughout the tour.
This is a hard-hat tour. Please dress appropriately for a construction site, including closed-toed shoes. Attendees should arrive at 9:45 AM to check in and sign a waiver; the tour will begin promptly at 10:00 AM.
Proceeds will benefit the CREW NY Past President Scholarship Fund.
